Senior Pastor

Brian Baker planted South Putnam Church in September of 2004. Brian’s background in student ministry has proven to be a reliable training ground for church planting. He and Karen served churches in Indiana and North Carolina before returning to Florida in 2001. Brian and Karen both were raised in Jacksonville, FL, and were married there on November 10, 1990. They have 2 sons, Stephen and Bradley.

Daniel Jones

Worship Leader

Daniel Jones serves as Administrative Pastor and Worship Arts Pastor of South Putnam Church.  Daniel came to know Christ at the age of 14 and is committed to using his God-given talents to serve the Lord.  Daniel, along with his wife Ashley and children, Joshua, Jacob and Kiley were born and raised in this community and are committed to positively impacting others by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Daniel also recently became a Registered Nurse and hopes to share God's love by meeting the healthcare needs of the South Putnam community.

Stephen Baker

Students/administration assistant

Stephen wears many hats around SPC. You may see him teaching at Connect on Wednesday nights, leading worship on an occasional Sunday morning or even Preaching on a Sunday as a fill in. He is administration assistant as well as serving in student and worship ministries. Stephen is the 24 year old Son of Brian and Karen Baker. Stephen's heart for students drive his passion to coach sports teams at Crescent City high school and to help develop students into becoming successful as they move on from high school.
